The Role:

As an Account Executive, youll play a key role in driving new business and expanding our presence in the DACH market. Your focus will be on:

  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Partnering with SDRs to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Consulting with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and offering tailored solutions.
  • Managing full sales cycles, from first contact to onboarding.

What You Bring:

Were looking for a results-driven sales professional with:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience (prospecting to closing).
  • A strong background in logistics, ideally within freight forwarding.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach and a passion for building client relationships.
  • Confidence in outbound sales, discovery calls, and solution-based selling.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 85,000 base salary + 50,000 on target earnings
