Referral terms and conditions
A referral is defined as the formal submission of a candidate from an individual referred to a member of Katapult Amsterdam B.V.
If the candidate referred by an individual results in a successful placement, which is defined as placed by Katapult B.V. to a client for a success fee, the referee is entitled to a payment of 500 euros gross from Katapult B.V.
The payment will be made after the candidate passed probation, which can be 30-90 days.
The referee accepts that a successful placement only occurs if the referred candidate is placed within 90 days of the date of referral.
The candidate accepts that the referral scheme is a good faith program designed to incentivise and reward constructive behaviour. Ergo, Katapult B.V. reserves the right to withhold the referral fee to any referee in the event of foul play, dishonesty, or other attempts to abuse the referral scheme.
