The Role:

As an Account Executive based in Amsterdam, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth, managing B2B sales and building strategic client relationships across the EU.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic B2B clients, with a focus on offices of 50+ employees.
  • Collaborating closely with company leadership to close high-value deals and drive business development.
  • Proactively leading international market expansion efforts, particularly in the Benelux region.
  • Representing the brand at trade shows and networking events, identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Accurately tracking sales activities and maintaining a healthy pipeline in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
    

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistently securing high-value B2B partnerships in key markets.
  • Expanding the company's presence across Europe with a focus on sustainability-driven solutions.
  • Building a strong reputation for us as a leader in the sustainable water industry.

About You:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage pipelines and client data.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage at all management levels.
  • A proactive, hunter mentality, always seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a mission-driven company.
