We are looking for a senior Customer Success Manager with a drive to shake up the Dutch procurement landscape at this innovative SaaS start-up. We are a fully funded, fast-growing SaaS business in Amsterdam West ready to get our first CS pro on the team to develop our strategy and client experience roadmap.

Your responsibilities:

You will oversee the entire post-sale process, both strategically and operationally. This includes collaborating with C-suite stakeholders to establish best practices and streamlined playbooks, managing onboarding, resolving support tickets, and identifying commercial opportunities. Were looking for a proactive, success-driven individual unafraid to design and execute medium-to-high-touch strategies while building meaningful client partnerships.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success in a SaaS company.
  • Strong communicator in Dutch & English and proactive problem solver.
  • Experience in procurement processes or a background as a buyer is a plus.
  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Comfortable managing high-touch and medium-touch accounts.
